What size Freeze Bags do you have available?

We carry backflow freeze bags in standard sizes to fit 2", 4", 6", 8", and 10" backflow preventer assemblies. We also offer custom-sized freeze bags for non-standard installations. Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

What if my product is damaged when it arrives?

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and send us a picture of the damage. We take extra precaution when packaging all of our products before they leave our store.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). It's a case-by-case basis. Not all returns are approved.
