I needed an insulated jacket for my sprinkler valves. All I could find online was cheap quality and nothing 55" long. A trip to Backflow Depot in Rocklin proved to be a dream come true. I first spoke with Kenzie who was quite knowledgeable and helpful. Then the sales president came out to greet me and gave his ideas. And then the guy who actually makes them (Manny) came over to explain that my measurements would need to be adjusted in order for the jacket to fit. Thank God! Was he ever right. He added a few inches to the length and a couple inches to the height, allowing for the perfect fit. Manny then got to work and had my jacket very professionally completed within an hour! Exceptional craftsmanship and high quality materials. So good, it may outlive me! I cannot praise these guys and girl enough. And the price was unbelievably good. Thank you all. 👍

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared! I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Backflow Depot. Recently, I was looking for someone to donate a generator and reached out to Jon Lotito. Although he didn't have the one we needed, he didn't hesitate to purchase one himself. The very next day, Jon took time out of his busy schedule to personally bring a generator—and a smaller one—to Del Oro High School. He even made a generous donation to the program, asking for nothing in return. A week later, Jon was back at the school repairing the backflow system that had been broken all summer. His commitment was truly incredible! When I asked once again how I could repay him, Jon simply said, "It's for the kids."
