AMES - 10" C400 RPA NRS LEAD FREE
Reduced pressure assembly, Ames C400, 10 inch and lead-free, supplied with NRS shutoff valves (part number C400N-10). Ames uses the C400 to stop fire protection and non-potable water from entering potable lines. The 304 Schedule 40 stainless body is about 70 percent lighter than traditional designs, and a quick-access closure sleeve leads to the check modules. Those modules use torsion springs for low pressure loss and have replaceable check disc rubber, while the stainless relief valve is bottom mounted. Limits are 175 psi and 33 to 140°F.
