AMES - 10" C400 RPA OS&Y LEAD FREE
C400Y-10 is the Ames 10 inch lead-free C400 RPA with OS&Y shutoff valves. RPA here means reduced pressure assembly, the type Ames specifies for keeping fire protection and other non-potable water out of the potable supply. Its stainless steel body has a quick-access closure sleeve, and the torsion-spring check modules are designed for low pressure loss. The assembly includes resilient seated gate valves, test cocks and grooved couplings, plus a stainless relief valve on the bottom of the body. Rated 175 psi, 33 to 140°F.
