AMES - 3" C400 RPA NRS LEAD FREE
Lead-free Ames C400 reduced pressure assembly, 3 inch, with NRS (non-rising stem) shutoff valves. Ames part number C400N-3. Ames designs the C400 to keep water from fire protection systems and other non-potable sources out of the potable supply. The body is 304 Schedule 40 stainless steel with a quick-access closure sleeve, and the torsion-spring check modules are built for low pressure loss. The stainless relief valve is mounted on the bottom, and the check disc rubber is replaceable. It is rated to 175 psi for water from 33 to 140°F.
