AMES - 8" C300 DCDA OS&Y GPM
In 8 inch, the Ames C300 double check detector assembly with OS&Y shutoff valves and a GPM meter is part number C300Y-8. This listing is the C300, not the lead-free LFC300. Ames gives the C300 two independently operating tri-link checks, two shutoff valves and four test cocks, with a stainless housing and access sleeve and replaceable check disc rubber. It is compact enough for smaller vaults and enclosures and about 70 percent lighter than traditional designs. Ames rates it for 175 psi on connections where the pollutant is objectionable but not toxic.
