Zurn Wilkins NR3XL pressure-reducing valve, 3/4 inch, double-union female pipe thread, part number 34-NR3XLDU. The body is low-lead cast bronze, with an integral bypass check and a strainer, and the factory setting is 50 psi. This size is listed at about 3 lb. Zurn designs the NR3XL for potable water lines with high inlet pressure. A direct-acting integral bypass keeps thermal expansion from building excess pressure, and a balanced piston responds smoothly to demand and to changes in inlet pressure. The adjustable reduced pressure range is 15 to 75 psi.
